Well, these babies are absolutely adorable and getting extremely friendly.  Most do not know how to walk on a leash, but are learning very quickly.  Once we got the mats cut off of them, they felt so much better.  Above is little Dakari.

This little sweetie is Irisi.  She was initially very shy, but now is a love bug!

This is the MOST adorable Hasani, nicknamed “Sonny.”  When we found him, he had a bandage or belly band wrapped around his middle and there were open oozing sores and urine scalding all over his belly.

And, here for your viewing pleasure is a puppy fix for the day!  These little ones are only four weeks old right now.

Special thanks to Jamie and Cate, two youngsters who, with their grandmother’s help, are helping us with all of the meds for Omari’s punctured eye, all of the cyclosporine for the little fluffies with dry eye, antibiotics for Hasani’s burned and infected tummy, and the meds we need to get rid of 34 cases of tape worms.

The fundraising is going well – as of right now, we have just over $1800 in their fund, thanks to the following….

Jan Haile in honor of Mandy Joy, our rescued Tzu, Martin Howard in memory of Fritz Worth and Pink Worth, Gail Ciesielski, Impulse Devices, Melissa Lombard, P Michael Shea-Zackin, Lorna H Van De Wiele, Barbara Grabell, Amy C Wheeler, Jacquelyn Johnston, Cari Murphy, Fur Kids, Ann Ervin, Lael Ward, Kelly, Alice and Erin too!, Eugene Bonos, Dale Stone, Jeanette Flexer, Sandra Brehm, Victor Bosquez, Allen and Traci Breeding, Vicki Wakefield, Amanda Miller, Betty Chaney, Diane Gesick, Pat Schoenfelder, Amy Sandhagen, Joyce and Mike Tate in memory of Star, Christine Hutchison, Jean, Larry and Jose Smith, Jan Haile.

I know times are tough now, but these little guys NEED YOU!!  If you can help with their funding, please CLICK HERE to contribute via paypal or HERE to tell me you’re sending a check.   If you’d like to use a credit card, email me (teresa@shihtzu-rescue.com) and I’ll send you the form.

You guys all rock!!  So many dogs would not be alive today if not for you!
